Enjoy spending time with an ESF Sainte Foy instructor

Whether you are beginning, looking to improve or simply discover the amazing ski area of Sainte Foy, your instructor will tailor the lessons to you and help bring out the best in you.

Lessons can be 1-2-1 or you can make up your own small group (max 4 people) on the condition that everyone is the same ability and similar ages.

Please note our standard requirements for all advance bookings:
  • morning lessons run from 3 hours (9am to 12pm), minimum 5 sessions from Monday or 6 from Sunday
  • lunchtime lessons for 2 or 2.5 hours (12pm to 2.30pm), minimum 3 sessions, also available as 5 or 6
  • afternoon lessons run from 2.5 hours (2.30pm to 5pm), minimum 5 sessions from Monday or 6 from Sunday
  • full day lessons (9am to 5pm), minimum 5 sessions from Monday or 6 from Sunday
