Sainte Foy Natur'Day

This year, the "Dernier Planté de Bâton" became Sainte Foy Natur'Day.

On Thursday 23 July, people of all ages, locals and holidaymakers alike, came together for a sociable, fun and meaningful day to look after the mountain whilst enjoying ourselves.

Summary of this first edition

💧Enjoyed fun challenges based on the water cycle in the mountains with Water Family - from a snowflake to a wave.
♻️ Saw how an instructor's old uniform can be transformed into a new item through upcycling with 3e Manche.
🦅 Discovered animal tracks and the birds of prey that can be found locally with Encap'Montagne.
🧵Got our clothes repaired on site (rips/zips/patches) with Froglet Repairs.
🧀Enjoyed sampling local specialities with cheese from the Villaroger farm and homemade specialities from O Pioc of La Mazure.
🎡Took to the air on the human-powered wooden ferris wheel, La Grande Houle by Marchepieds.
