ESF Sainte Foy recommands that you have winter sports insurance. We recommend Carré Neige insurance that provides insurance and assitance should you have an accident during your holiday.
Carré Neige classic covers you only during your holiday, is available to purchase in resort at either the ESF office (€3.30pp per day) or when you buy your ski pass at the lift pass office.

Before your holiday Carré Neige Intégral covers you for:
- Accident or sickness involving you, your family, or the person covering your work absence
- Being involved in divorce proceedings
- Being sacked or made redundant from your job
- Having vital identity papers stolen
- Attack or incident anywhere in a 100km radius from the location of your holiday occuring in the 48 hours preceding your departure
During your holiday Carré Neige Intégral covers you for:
1- Accident whilst skiing or other winter sports, rescue and evacuation
2- Reimboursement of the unused days of lift pass and/or unused ski lessons:
- In case of a ski or winter sports accident
- In case of illness (that means cannot take part in sports for remainder of stay)
- The early return of the policyholder
- Repatriation of the injured policyholder
- Care of an injured child under the age of 15 who is insured
- Shutdown of the ski lifts due to a power cut
3- Reimbursement of medical, phamaceutical and hospitalisation expenses (after the refund from any national healthcare system)
4- Repatriation assistance
